Professor Dr. Mohamad Fauzan Noordin
International Islamic University Malaysia
Professor Dr Mohamad Fauzan Noordin is a Professor in Knowledge Technology at Kulliyyah of Information and Communication Technology, International Islamic University Malaysia. Currently, he is the Head of ICT and Islam Research Cluster. He was a Visiting Scholar at University of Bahrain (2004-2005) and Jazan University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (2010-2011). He has been a member of the research panel for the Research Grant at the Ministry of Science Technology and Innovation since 2005, a Panel Thinker for National Dakwah Policy of Malaysia, Adjunct Professor at University Islam Sultan Sharif Ali, Brunei Darussalam and Senior Fellow of International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT). He is the Co- Founder of MyAis (Malaysian Association Information System). He specializes in Knowledge Technology, Management Information System (MIS), ICT and Islam, Social Networking, Cloud Computing, E-Banking, Knowledge Management and Wisdom in ICT. He has contributed articles in various local and international journals. His book entitled “ICT and Islam” has been used as the textbook in several universities and printed for second edition. His research on Multilingual Search Engine and Retrieval System won the Best Research for University level 2009 and 2 Silver awards at the International Invention and Technology Exhibition 2009. He has often been invited by national TV and Radio stations and interviewed by national newspapers as an expert on ICT issues.

Profesor Dato’ Dr. Mohammad Shatar Sabran
Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris
Professor. Dato‘ Dr Mohammad Shatar Sabran was appointed as the 6th Vice Chancellor of UPSI on February 24th, 2017. After receiving his Diploma in General Studies from Indiana University of Bloomington, USA, he pursued his Bachelor Degree and Master at Iowa State University, Ames, USA. His major is in Community and Regional Planning.
In 1999, he completed his doctorate and earned a Ph.D. in Leadership and Community Development from University of Missouri, Colombia USA. Given his professional expertise, he was appointed as an expert in organizations like Tomorrow People Organization, Asian Productivity Organization (APO), and Community Development Academy
(CDA). In the field of sociology, Professor Dato’ Dr Mohammad Shatar Sabran is a renowned speaker and has delivered more than 800 motivational talks across Malaysia as well as Asia.
In 2010, he was conferred with the Malaysian National Academic Award in the Arts and Social Sciences Cluster. The award is the highest recognition given by the government to outstanding academician in Malaysia. In 2012, Professor Dato’ Dr Mohammad Shatar Sabran being listed among the ‘2000 Outstanding Intellectuals of the 21st Century’ by the International Biographical Centre, England and also listed in the publication of Who’s Who in the World 2012. In 2017, he is being awarded with the Outstanding Contribution to Education from the Golden Globe Tiger Awards based in Mumbai, India. Recently, he received the International Education Awards (IEA 2018) from the Ink EduMedia Award for his contributions and supports in the field of education across Asia, South American and Africa.

Professor Dr. H. Warul Walidin AK
State Islamic University (UIN) Ar-Raniry, Banda Aceh.
Prof. Dr. H. Warul Walidin AK, MA is a Professor of Educational Sciences at the State Islamic University (UIN) Ar-Raniry, Banda Aceh. He obtained his PhD from UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta in 1997. Prof. Walidin holds several important positions in boards and councils throughout Aceh Province. Among them are:
i) Aceh Educational Council (Aceh Province) and Deputy Chairperson of the Aceh Education Development Coordination Team (TKPPA) - 2009 until Now;
ii) Deputy of Academic and Institutional Affairs of UIN Ar-Raniry’s Academic Development and Development Team (TP2A) - 2014 until Now; and
iii) Member of the Aceh Republic of Indonesia Teachers' Association (PGRI) - 2012 until Now.
Prof. Walidin also served on various publication boards, namely Sinesta Journal Editorial Board Chairman (2000-2005), Pencerahan Journal Editorial Board Chairperson (2003-2008), and Journal Steering Board member for the Sinar Pendidikan Journal (2014-Now). He is also a prolific writer where he has authored/co-authored highly prestigious titles. Among them are:

Mr. Mahfuzal Othman
Managing Director, ANSI System Sdn. Bhd.
Mahfuzal Othman is currently the Managing Director of ANSI System Sdn Bhd. Previously, Mahfuzal worked as the Technical Director and Software Manager of eNCoral Digital Solutions Sdn. Bhd. He received his Bachelor of Information Technology from Universiti Utara Malaysia, in 1996. His technical expertise includes cross-platform proficiency (Windows, Linux and Sun Solaris); and advanced knowledge of developer applications, tools, methodologies and best practices (in Oracle Database Administration, Tuning, Backup and Recovery, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Application and Developer, Deployment and Server Management Technology and Oracle CRM e-Commerce. For the last 20 years span, Mahfuzal has undertaken ICT projects for HUKM, UPM, Celcom, CIDB, PPZ, Jakim and Jabatan Penjara Malaysia.
