INSTRUCTION TO PRESENTERS

PAPER PRESENTATION

Your Presentation

Congratulations again on your accepted paper to AIIC2020. As AIIC2020 will be held as an online conference, you are required to present your paper on the conference day using the Google Meet link which will be sent through your email upon successful conference registration. Please check the final conference program on the conference website a few days before the conference.

AIIC2020 conference run sessions in parallel which will be moderated by a session chairman. The session host will admit you to the conference session upon successful ID verification. Your microphone will be muted by default. You will be given 15 minutes to present your paper together with Q&A. You need to share your presentation slides when the chairman introducing you to the audience. You can learn how to share your presentation slides in Google Meet here prior to the conference.

During your presentation, you will need to flip your own slides. However, you are required to email your presentation slides to the secretariat as backup to aiic@upm.edu.my  with the email subject as “Presentation Slide Paper #id” by 10 August 2020.

Ethics

Please turn your microphone off as an audience. You should only turn your microphone on with the permission to ask a question from the session chairman. You may ask for the permission through the chat room in Google Meet.

The session host reserves the right to mute your microphone to give way to the presenter for smoother conference experience.

The session host also reserves the right to kick anyone creating nuisance or performing cyberbullying out of the conference session. Please mind your personal image during the conference.

Please turn other applications off in the background to avoid projecting confidential materials accidentally to the audience.

Do not extend your presentation unnecessarily, you should conclude and wrap up your presentation upon time up hinted by the session chairman.

Follow the instructions given by the session chairman all time to ensure smoother conference experience.

 

INSTRUCTION TO AUTHORS

CAMERA READY

Dear Authors,

Congratulations again on your paper acceptance to the AiIC2020 Online Conference that would be held on the 12th - 13th August 2020.

Regarding camera ready paper version that been asked by the authors, on behalf of AiIC2020 Publication Committee, the instructions are as follows:

1. Update your paper based on reviewers comments (if any)
2. Use exactly the paper template provided for AiIC2020 paper preparation that can be found in AiIC2020 website (http://aiic.upm.edu.my/aiic2020/cfp.html). You may have to scroll down until Paper Submission section to download the template.
3. Run similarity check (e.g. Turnitin - https://www.turnitin.com/login_page.asp?err=3400&lang=en_us), make sure your similarity is less than 20% (<20%).
4. Download your similarity report from the system and save as .pdf
5. Save your camera ready (latest and final) paper version in .doc/.docx format
6. Upload your
* Camera Ready paper version (in .doc/.docx format) in your EasyChair account.
* Send/Submit/Save your updates from your submission link.
7. Email your
* Turnitin report (in .pdf format) with email {Subject: AiIC2020 Similarity Report Paper ID : <no.>} to aiic@upm.edu.my

PAPER SUBMISSION

The paper submission deadline is April 30 May 31st, 2020 (extended). All submissions must be unpublished and original research papers of 4 to 6 pages. Papers must be submitted electronically through EasyChair and in the following format (paper template). Upon acceptance, at least one author must be registered to the conference in order present their paper in person. All accepted papers will be published in SCOPUS Journal which will be announced soon.
