Paper Submission

Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) cordially invites researchers, academicians, industry practitioners, and postgraduate students to submit original research papers to the Applied Informatics International Conference 2026 (AiIC2026). The conference will be held as a hybrid event, providing both physical and virtual participation opportunities.

We would appreciate your assistance in disseminating this Call for Papers by sharing the CFP (PDF/JPEG) and the conference website with your colleagues and students. We look forward to welcoming you to AiIC2026.

🔗 SUBMISSION & GUIDELINES

AiIC2026 invites the submission of original and high-quality research papers in applied informatics. Accepted papers will be presented at the conference and may be considered for publication in Scopus-indexed journals and book chapters.

Authors can select their preferred publication option, either a journal or a book chapter. Once the option is decided, authors are required to prepare their manuscript according to the appropriate template (journal or book chapter). All submissions must adhere to the required format based on the selected publication option.

All submissions must comply with established standards of academic integrity. Manuscripts must be original and must not have been published or be under consideration elsewhere. The similarity index must not exceed 20%, excluding references and properly cited material. Submissions that do not meet these requirements may be rejected at any stage of the review process.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their work reflects a substantive intellectual contribution. The use of generative AI tools must be appropriately controlled and disclosed where applicable (must be less than 20%). Excessive reliance on AI-generated content is not permitted. All manuscripts may be subject to similarity and AI-detection screening, and non-compliant submissions may be rejected.

By submitting a manuscript, authors agree to adhere to these policies.
