Leveraging on Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies in Applied Informatics
All accepted papers will be published in a Scopus-indexed journal or a conference proceeding. To date, the committee has identified the following journals and conference proceedings for publication:
Authors should prepare their papers using either the aiic2024 journal template (6-12 pages) or the aiic2024 proceeding guidelines (4-6 pages) and then submit them through the online submission system (easychair submission link). Authors are required to fulfil the editorial requirements stated in the templates. Only papers that fulfil the editorial requirements stipulated in the template will be sent to reviewers. The decision by the editorial team will be final.
Upon acceptance, at least one author must be registered for the conference to present their paper. The conference committee will inform you in which journal or proceeding your article will appear after the presentation.
The submitted paper should be original and has not been previously published or under review by other journals or conference proceedings.
All submitted papers will be reviewed by experts in the field, who will consider their originality, clarity of presentation, and significance to science.
As part of the commitment to fast publication, the committee and the editors will try their best to complete a review process that takes up to eight weeks. If authors do not receive any notification after that period, please email the conference chair.
All the original articles and review papers published in Scopus-indexed journals and conference proceedings are free to access immediately from the date of publication. We don't charge any fees for readers to download articles and reviews for their own scholarly use.
The selected journals and conference proceedings publish fully open-access articles, which means that all articles are available on the Internet to all users immediately upon publication. Non-commercial use and distribution in any medium is permitted, provided the authors and the journals and conference proceedings are properly credited.
The benefits of open access for authors include free access for all users worldwide, the authors retaining the copyright to their work, increased visibility and readership, rapid publication, and no spatial constraints.
Before submitting to reviewers, an editorial team will check your papers for similarity/plagiarism using Turnitin. If you have checked your paper using Turnitin, please remove your paper from the Turnitin Repository before submitting your papers.
